1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by means of a clear and unequivocal statement to:

The notification must be sent before the withdrawal period of 14 calendar days has expired.

3. Return of Products

After notifying their decision to withdraw, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

The products should be returned adequately protected and, whenever possible, in their original packaging, together with all accessories, documentation, and any other items included in the original delivery.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

4. Refund

Once the returned goods have been received, or once the customer has provided satisfactory evidence that they have been returned, CASA LUTHIER will reimburse all payments received for the returned products using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different method.

The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal notification was received. However, CASA LUTHIER may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the customer has supplied proof of having returned them, whichever occurs first..

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to:

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
• Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery.
• Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
• Any other cases provided for by applicable law.

In particular, CASA LUTHIER does not accept withdrawal requests for instruments, accessories, parts, or other products that have been manufactured, modified, adjusted, or customised according to the customer's specific instructions, including bespoke orders and made-to-order products.

6. Withdrawal Form
