Returns (EU):
From the moment you receive the product, you have 14 natural days to return it.
The customer is responsible for all material damages from the moment of receipt until it is returned and received by Casa Luthier.
Shipping costs to Casa Luthier are paid by the customer.
IMPORTANT: The return does not apply to:
• Products specifically made for the customer.
• Wear products such as strings, file... etc.
• Flutes, harmonicas, etc. for hygiene reasons.
